World Relaxation Day

Whether you're on vacation or still in your routine, it's very important to allow yourself to relax, disconnect and take time for yourself. Some people, even when they are on vacation, do not enjoy it because they think about returning to their routine.

From Habaneras we want to invite you to spend at least a little time relaxing this August 15th, and even better to adopt some relaxing habits that will help you to eliminate stress and live better.

Wake up calmly and without hurry, have a good breakfast to start the day with energy. Take a moment to disconnect while having a cup of coffee or tea, get a good night's sleep and if you can, a little yoga isn't bad. Exercise and look for those activities that keep your mind off routine. Now make yourself comfortable and enjoy the day.
