Two new stores open at the Habaneras Shopping Centre: Holland & Barrett and Mayoral
After the recent change in ownership of the Habaneras Shopping Centre, it continues with the dynamic of opening more stores, keeping up to date with the latest brands. This time in health and children’s fashion.
The Habaneras Shopping Centre, which is managed by JLL (real estate consultancy firm), is reaffirming its positioning since it was purchased by the real estate company Castellana Properties in May. The real estate company, managed by the South African real estate investment trust (REIT) Vukile Properties, owns 12 commercial establishments throughout Spain.
This company first invested in Spain in July 2017, when it took over a portfolio of nine business assets owned by Ares and Redevco through a joint venture. It’s latest major operation was the acquisition of two shopping centres in December: Alameda Park in Granada and Pinatar Park in Murcia.
To launch its new venture in Torrevieja, Castellana Properties has opened two new stores in the Habaneras Shopping Centre: Holland & Barrett on the Terrace floor and Mayoral on floor 0.
Holland & Barrett is a brand that has over 145 years of experience in the health supplement industry. It is the leading European retailer of vitamins, minerals and healthy natural foodstuffs and products. It is also strongly committed to offering high-quality products at competitive prices.
Mayoral, for its part, has been selling children’s clothing for over 75 years. This brand from Malaga is one of the Iberian Peninsula’s leading companies in this sector and one of the most important specialist groups in Europe, with more than 210 Mayoral stores and over 10,000 customers worldwide.
With these new stores, Castellana Properties is achieving its goals of improving the Habaneras Shopping Centre and demonstrating its future prospects in the sector.
